Once everything is confirmed, we proceed with the contract signing to officially secure your date. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking and begin securing suppliers. If your event takes place within 6 months of booking, a 50% deposit will apply.

5. Ongoing Support
From the moment you book, we provide daily assistance via WhatsApp to coordinate your event, answer questions, and manage requests efficiently. We do venue visits if you are abroad and work with you to reserve the suppliers based on priority and your budget.
